You can purchase items online and arrange for free local delivery (within 50 miles) or have them shipped directly to your doorstep. Shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time.
At the Secure Checkout page, where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, the shipping carrier, and the time of the day you place your order.
SUBSTITUTION, CANCELLATION, REFUND, RETURN & POLICY
Substitutions
Due to seasonal conditions, some blooms may not be available or very limited which could result in the specific flower not being available for a specified creation. Therefore, it is possible that the exact creation pictured or requested my have a substituted flower, that is similar.
In this event, every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, over overall color scheme of the creation, to ensure we provide an arrangement of equal or greater value and beauty.
Cancellations
Cancellations in all cases must be made within 24hours of placing your order.
Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 20% charge.
Refund Policy
We value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, once it has been received, please email us within 24 hours, along with a photo of how your order was received for review. Refunds or partial refunds are granted at the owners discretion.
Return Policy
*We do not offer returns on fresh blooms, cared for properly, they are guaranteed for 5 days from delivery
*We do not accept returns on artificial blooms, balloons, or art
*All corsage, boutonniere, wedding Bridal bouquets, arrangements for events, and custom orders are final. We are not able to accept returns or give refunds on these items.
*All plant purchases are final, we do not accept plant returns.
